Chloe is 11 months old today. I cannot believe how fast she has grown up and changed over the course of the past 11 months. We are having a good time together and she keeps me laughing.
Here are a few videos from the past few weeks.
Here are some recent photos we had taken. Kelly Hornberger, a friend from high school, came out to the lake and took some family photos for us over Memorial Day Weekend.
One of Chloe's aunts (commonly referred to as "Cousin Amy") made her this Rhinestone Cross Outfit. It reminded me of one of Sara's shirts that she wore at her head shaving party a year prior (almost to the date).
I love all the pictures! She is a beautiful little girl! Happy 11 months Chloe! I know Sara looks down on yall with a huge smile! Sending love and prayers!
Brady, I'm so thankful that you keep this blog updated. I continue to keep you and Chloe in my prayers, and it's an honor being able to watch her grow.
Chloe has gotten so big & is as beautiful as ever. Love the photos. The first one in the series is awesome! Keep up the good work and may God bless you both!
Thank you for updating on your family. I have prayed for you since before Chloe was born and continue to do so. May God Bless you and your family. (And I love Chloe's matching shirt with her Mommy's)!
I love it! 11 months... isn't it a fun stage? Is she walking yet? I can just imagine when she starts getting into everything :) You are doing a GREAT job. So thankful that Chloe has a daddy who leans on the Lord rather than giving in to a world who tempts to despair. Keep on keeping on!
You don't know me, but I'm a friend of Sara's cousin Hope Eubank. I have followed your blog from day one, and you inspire me to be the best parent I can be to my 17 month old daughter. You are always in our thoughts and prayers, and may God continue to bless you throughout your journey with Chloe.
your daughter is extremely smart!! brilliant! i love that you share her with us. she is so beautiful... and you are doing an absolutely amazing job. she is so happy :o) thanks for posting these videos!
Hello. We've never met but your blog was sent to me via a friend who came upon your blog. Let me start off by saying your daughter is BEAUTIFUL!! It's amazing how fast they grow up, isn't it? Secondly, I wanted to tell you that we share an unfortunate bond. I, too, am a widow. My husband was injured in Afghanistan in October 2008 and passed away Dec 1, 2008. I have 2 girls. The youngest turned 10 months old the day he died. Even after 18 months, at times it still doesn't feel real. Hang in there. I continue to pray with time, things will start getting better. You and your little girl will be in my prayers. Dena Yllescas ps...I started a blog the day after I found out my husband was injured. I wrote on it every day until the day of his funeral. I still update it periodically. I guess I find it therapeutic. In case you want some more insight to another widow's crazy life, my blog is: www.yllescasfamily.blogspot.com
I have been following your blog periodically over the last year or so...I'm a friend of a friend of a friend, and was so touched by you and Sara and little Chloe that I've continued to check in and pray for you! It's amazing to see little Chloe growing up and thriving! You are doing a wonderful job with your baby girl, and while I didn't know Sara, I have no doubt that she is so proud of you!
I stumbled upon your blog...and once I got to reading..I just kept going back over the last year. I am so sorry for all you have been through! So very glad you have this sweet child..she is beautiful! The tribute to your wife has been beautiful to read! Prayers and blessing to you both, Sarah

I am so glad to see that the two of you are doing so well. Chloe is such a beautiful baby. She has grown so much in such a short period of time. I can't tell whether she looks more like you or like Sara. God bless you both and I am glad you are still posting updates.
